Training is and always should be personal,
I offer bodyweight, cardio and resistance training from my home gym. The service includes screening, goal setting, dietary advice and a training program tailored to your goals and physical condition.

Group Stretch Class

Group stretch classes are a flexible affair,
the current group meet at their houses by rote and bring their own yoga mats for a one hour session beginning with stretching and yoga followed by low impact exercise and finishing off with a short meditation exercise. As the existing group is a women’s group and has limited capacity, I encourage people to approach me with two or more people in order to start a new group and include fuel costs in their pricing.

Boxing Conditioning

Striking out into cross-training is always a good idea, I try to vary my training as much as possible to keep my form balanced. Boxing conditioning has been said to be one of the most punishing types of training and is used by many leading marathon runners to improve their performance while the physique of pro-boxers speaks for itself.
I offer an rigorous but largely bruise free exercise program based on the boxers training routine

SwordFit

Swordfit is an idea in sharp contrast to most types of conventional training, without any risk of injury, my program is based in exercises traditionally used to improve a swordsman’s prowess in western martial arts H.E.M.A. It uses a wide variety of weapons and training drills to improve cardio and strength endurance as well as explosive power for a lean mean functional physique.
